Book Idea: My Great-Uncle Joe

A notrious family character. My great uncle Joe lived in a motel on the south-side of Milwaukee. He was a retired vet who :
1. never bought anything new, quite the miser
2. lived off of fried chicken & day-old bakery
3. had multiple tvs lined up against his motel room so he could watch many channels at once
4. could beat anybody at Jeopardy (including that guy who was on a winning streak this year)
5. answered the telephone, "City Morgue"
6. always told me to tell the boys, "Sorry Charlie, only the good tuna get to be chicked of the sea"
7. made me believe when I was a kid that he was a vampire and slept in a coffin underneath his bed
8. played piano by ear
9. wore sunglasses at night
10. a trekkie (of course)
11. always had a copy of The Sun & National Inquirer on hand
12. made traditional Polish soups like fruit soup & string bean cream soup
13. taught me how to cheat at cards

Should I make a book about him or what?

Canton Wonton

Speaking of noodles, I am obsessed with Canton Wonton Noodle House on 12th & Jackson in the ID. I've been there 3 times already this week. The simple wonton noodle soup is delicious ($4) and a great cold remedy.
